Karika Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Karika platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using Karika, you agree to everything set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Karika ("Karika", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at karika.club. Eligibility

To register and use a Karika account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Karika employee or contractor.

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Karika reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe requested, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

Age Verification: Karika may request a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm your age. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Karika account. If Karika identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in duplicate accounts will be voided and forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Karika account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Karika login credentials. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. Karika will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Karika support immediately via live chat.

  • Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
  • Enable OTP verification — it is active by default on all Karika accounts.
  • Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
  • Never access your Karika account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.

Karika accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Karika accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳ 100. Karika does not charge any fees on deposits. Deposits are credited to your Karika wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Payment Method Matching: Your deposit must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable transfer fees charged by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 200. Karika does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing time is typically under two minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to one business day for bank transfers.

Karika reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not a reflection on the player's account standing. Verification requests are typically resolved within 24 hours.

  • Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified in your name.
  • Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
  • Karika may delay withdrawal processing if unusual account activity is detected pending review.
  • Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours for bank transfers will be processed on the next business day.

Bonuses & Promotions

Karika offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus amount multiplied by the stated wagering multiplier — before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games are stated on each bonus offer. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the requirement.

Bonus Abuse

Karika monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated on the offer. Unused bonus credits and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically when the bonus expires. Expiry periods cannot be extended.

  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
  • Reload bonuses are available to existing players as stated in the specific promotion.
  • Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the game specified in the promotion.
  • Karika reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on Karika are subject to the rules of the specific game or market being played. The minimum bet across all Karika games is ৳ 10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. Karika reserves the right to set individual player bet limits at its discretion.

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on Karika are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently audited and certified as fair. Karika does not manipulate game outcomes. The published RTP (return to player) figures for each game are accurate and reflect the long-run theoretical return rate.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

  • A technical fault occurs during the game that prevents a fair outcome from being determined.
  • The bet was placed using funds obtained through a fraudulent deposit.
  • The bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including through the use of prohibited software.
  • An error in the displayed odds or game parameters is identified after the bet is placed.

In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's Karika wallet. Karika's decision on whether to void a bet is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Karika platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
  • Money laundering: Using Karika to process funds derived from illegal activity.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has been used for betting.
  • Bug exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors or glitches to gain an advantage.
  • Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Karika account.
  • Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

Zero Tolerance: Karika operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and money laundering. Suspected cases will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

Responsible Gaming

  • Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

  • Cooling-off: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Closure

Karika reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the player or their payment provider.
  • The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
  • Karika is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Karika account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within two business days. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Karika will notify you by the contact details on file before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳ 50 to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Karika platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Karika or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Karika platform without prior written consent from Karika. Unauthorised use of Karika's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karika's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Karika is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside Karika's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
  • Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
  • Any technical malfunction of your device, browser, or internet connection during gameplay.

Gaming Risk: Online gaming involves financial risk. You should only ever bet amounts you can afford to lose. Karika does not guarantee any winnings and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Karika platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.
